Cancellation policy:

If you cancel the reservation for any reason, except bad weather (strong wind, high waves, rain is not enough) then the following conditions apply:

If the cancellation occurs more than 2 weeks before the rental, you will receive 50% of the rental amount.

No refund is possible within 2 weeks.

Special arrangements require the written consent of the landlord.
